We provide staging services across England, Scotland, and Wales. Properties within 30 miles of our warehouse locations in Birmingham, Manchester, and London receive standard pricing. Contact us to confirm coverage for your area.
Enquiries received during working hours typically receive a response within four hours. Weekend enquiries are addressed on the following Monday.
Initial consultations can be arranged either in person at the property or via video call, depending on your preference and location.
After you contact us, we'll discuss your property, timeline, and which service would be most appropriate. If you'd like to proceed, we schedule a detailed assessment.
During the assessment, we evaluate room layouts, existing furniture (if applicable), lighting conditions, and target buyer demographics. We then provide a specific plan and confirm pricing.
Most staging projects can be completed within two weeks of the initial consultation, though we can often accommodate shorter timeframes when needed.
We work regularly with estate agents and property developers. If you're interested in establishing a partnership or referring clients to us, please mention this in your initial contact.
